Panoramarodelbahn Prein an der Rax

As soon as there is enough snow, the 700-metre-long toboggan run in Prein an der Rax is carefully prepared and offers ideal conditions for fun descents. The ascent takes a leisurely 15 minutes on foot. Current conditions and the opening times of the toboggan hut , including toboggan hire , can be found on the homepage at any time.

Toboggan hire

Use of the toboggan run is free of charge. There is a refreshment hut with toboggan hire right next to the run:

• Sport toboggan: € 10
• Snail toboggan: € 5

The bar hut with toboggan rental is open during opening hours and during events.

How to get there

Those arriving by car will find free parking directly on site. Alternatively, the toboggan run can also be reached by public transport: Travel by train to Payerbach-Reichenau station and continue with the RUFbus Semmering-Rax to the stop "RE3 Rodelbahn" directly in front of the cable car.

Celebrations & events

The bar hut offers space for approx. 25 people and is ideal for groups, family or company celebrations. (by prior arrangement) Events with timekeeping and floodlights can also be organized on request. There are fixed dates for New Year's Eve, carnival or after-work tobogganing, including bar.
