Seebenstein train station

Seebenstein station is located in the municipality of the same name in the Lower Austrian district of Neunkirchen. The large rustic reception building serves as a waiting room and is equipped with loudspeaker systems and timetable displays. Digital train destination displays have been installed on the island platform to inform guests about the current train services.

The Park & Ride facility offers space for 35 cars. Almost 50 bicycles can be safely stored in the Bike & Ride station.

Excursion destinations Seebenstein

The impressive walls of Seebenstein Castle are just a quarter of an hour's walk from the Seebenstein stop. The building itself is a magnificent sight, and you can take a guided tour of the castle's interior and admire the numerous exhibits.

Tip: Visit the Seebenstein forest nature trail, which runs along the path to Seebenstein Castle. Lovingly designed signposts point the way for around 2 kilometers to Schiltern and offer plenty of entertaining information about the region's valuable forests.

Seebenstein Adventure Park

The Seebenstein Adventure Park, which has several hiking trails leading to Seebenstein Castle, enchants visitors with a dreamlike idyll and plenty of space for a relaxing break in nature. Along the family-friendly paths, there are a number of wonderful places to take a break and plenty of views to marvel at.
