The fruit for the Eisinger family's award-winning brandies and liqueurs ripens around the Hochegghof farm, which is nestled in meadows, fields and orchards near the village of Bromberg.

Old apple and pear varieties, sun-ripened and hand-picked, cherries, plums and rowan berries from the trees along the roadsides and forest edges, as well as blackberries, blueberries, raspberries and elderberries from the forests around the farm are picked to perfection.berries, blueberries, raspberries and elderberries from the forests around the farm are processed into delicious liqueurs or mashed, fermented and then distilled into exquisite schnapps specialties in copper kettles.

The brandies and liqueurs can be purchased from the farm and are also available in some farm and gourmet stores in the region.

By prior arrangement, it is also possible to book a tasting session with the trained brandy sommelier Hubert Eisinger.

Hubert and Christiane Eisinger also give visitors and school classes an insight into their farm. The Hochegghof offers ideal conditions for an instructive and inspiring nature experience as part of forest education and school on the farm.
