In 1973, over 50 years ago, the Tavern was opened for the first time. Since then, the whole family has been helping out at the wine taverns and serving the house specialties: air-dried pork and beef and fresh Sturm in autumn. But the menu goes even further, from Surripperl, smoked bacon and caraway roast to sour platters, breads and salads. The menu also includes vegetarian snacks such as sandwich spreads, sheep's cheese and cream cheese.
The restaurant is located about 2 kilometers outside of Wiesmath, at an altitude of 660 meters and offers 150 seats inside and 60 outside on the sun terrace.
