Puchis World: Wunderwiese and Schneeberg Chairlift

Fun on the slopes all year round in Puchberg am Schneeberg

Winter sports fans at the foot of the Schneeberg can look forward to a wide range of activities. It is a hotspot for freeriders and ski tourers, family-friendly ski runs, and the new “Wunderwiese” for fun on the slopes all year round.

Freeriding and touring – these trends have arrived in the ski resort. Where the groomed slopes around the Schneeberg chairlift used to be, there is now unprepared, open terrain. From the mountain station, freeriders can make their way back down into the valley on two unprepared ski routes, and ski tourers can start their climb up to the Schneeberg. Those who prefer prepared slopes will feel at home on the blue, red and black trails around the ski lift at Puchis children land.

Puchi’s World at “Wunderwiese”

Just because it is not snowing in Schneeberg does not mean that the fun on the slopes has to end. The Wunderwiese is a 5000 m² ski slope made of synthetic matting, which you can ski down whatever the season. Wunderwiese also has Puchi’s children land. The magic carpet, practice lift and slalom course are waiting for young skiers to practice their first snowplough turns.
