The entire Wechsel panoramic trail lies at an altitude of over 1,000 meters. This not only guarantees wonderful panoramic views of Schneeberg, Rax, Wechsel and the surrounding regions, but also a high level of snow reliability. Provided there is enough snow for grooming, the trail is groomed from the beginning of December to the end of March and runs through varied terrain and is also divided into smaller circular trail sections.
The trail section Dreiländereck - Marienseer Schwaig (trail no. 6) can only be reached via the access points Feistritzsattel, Steyersberger Schwaig or themountainstation of the Erlebnisalm Mönichkirchen-Mariensee panorama lift. The Marienseer Schwaig is closed in winter.
You can obtain a day ticket for the trail at the ticket office of the Erlebnisalm Mönichkirchen-Mariensee, the Feistritzsattel and Steyersberger Schwaig access points.
